It formed by Indian Army to recover the people from the Uttarakand Flood in the year of 2013. In the Uttarkand flood was raise in the unseasonal monsoon rains. An dit kills several thousands of people. Near by 10,000 soldiers were participated in this operation. Also in this disaster recover process some other tem also involved like Operation Rahat conducted by Indian Air Force. “So  for a single target our Indian form a two operation like Operation Surya and Operation Rahat, But Formed by different Team”
