For 1)
We could not able to say a single gas. It will be varied according to the types of bulb. But every bulb should fill with “Inert gas.” The gas type is “Non- reactive gases.” All the non reactive gases will be used in the electric bulb such as Nitrogen and Argon. Those are all helps to keep the filament (tungsten) as cool.
For 2)
According to the, India Diabetes Association. Before the meals the levels should be as 90 (mg/dl) for lower and 130 (mg/dl) for higher. After had a meals it should be a less than 180 (mg/dl) in the human body.
