For 1)

Yes this is a simple question as you know well. Here u just wants to think different or a think simply. This is not a normal question. Most of them easily say one month only had 28 days all others surly had more days. Yes off course, hence we asking mean while here some twist is there know. Yes the answer is all the month at least had  28 days. I hope you this experience make you  some different kind of thinking and thoughts. We want or our mission is that only.

For 2)

All are should aware of news process as well news word but we are not surte how many of them know about that meaning. N- North E – East W- West and then S – South.  It will cover all the direction news and submit to your hand or eye or ear or whatever. This is what, the meaning of News. And also I would like to say one more thing about this. News is common for both Singular and Plural mean.
