For 1)

The Andhra State once up on a time a single state only. After sometime had some problem and they ask to the government to separate the State in two kinds like Andhra and Telungana . These process are done by Mr. Manmohan Singh Ex- PM Sir. After a long battle they got the individual states as like their think.

For that each state had each capital as like, For  Andhra - Amaravathi and For a Telungana – Hyderabad. 

For 2)

Yes the World’s largest gulf is Gulf of Mexico.  It was formed by around 300 millions of years ago. It was floored by only on rocks. Approximately gulf of mexico width area is 1500 kms. Evan a  Christopher Columbus did’t find this gulf area. The founder of this gulf area is  Amerigo Vespucci . Who only detect like this place in 1497. He is from European.
